How do we collect information?
We collect your details in person when you have visited our workshop in Wylye or you have been to one of our sales, or you have given us your contact details by telephone or email.
What information do we collect?
We usually only ask you for your email address, but if you are interested in receiving samples from us we would take your address for delivery purposes. If you would like us to make up any curtains or soft furnishings we would ask you for a contact telephone number. We do not retain any debit or credit card details once payment has been received.
How do we use the information we have collected?
We only use the personal information that we hold to alert you by email to future sales that we are holding. Sales could be two-day events in a local village hall, or a six-week event in a pop-up shop in a local town.
Can you opt out?
Yes at any time - simply by unsubscribing when you receive an email from us. Or you can email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and ask to be removed from the list.
This would not prevent you from returning as a customer, however we would ask that when you do so you confirm whether you want to be added to our database once again.
Your Right of Access
We recognise that you have Right of Access to your data, including any transactions during the previous six years.
The security of your Personal Information is very important to us, although you will recognise that no transaction conducted via the Internet is totally secure.
We will never pass or sell your details to a third party and we take great care in protecting your information of our database.
